No it's not about you Pickles! Ahem...anyway...Marcus began designing Pickles & Pansy early 2025 more as a creative challenge, he has always wanted to create a compelling children's book that would ressonate with young readers from all backgrounds. Taking inspiration at previous iconic examples in the children's literature such as The Gruffalo created by famous author Julia Donaldson all illustrated and written by her. 

Coming from a more illustrative background, Marcus has always been producing distinct designs, colorful posters and illustrations. He is continuing to explore the Pickles & Pansy universe in more fleshed out detail with more books on the way.
